Break Fast!

Yesterday, actually….Yum…different food!  Breaking a long fast is easy.  Light soups, oatmeal, my favorite rice crackers, more veggie juice 🙂  trader Joe’s has a butternut squash soup that is fabulous with some nutmeg…swoon….

I’ve got an appointment this morning in Annandale, so I have to go now…I’ve got some stuff to write about…it’s having the time to do it that is the issue sometimes…  later my dears…
