Chelation pesto

June 19, 2007

yes, you read that right! Here is the recipe:

4 cloves Garlic – 1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium) – 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cystine) – 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zink,magnesium) – 2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro)(vit A) – 2/3 cup flaxseed oil – 4 Tbs lemon juice (vit C) – 2tsp dulse powder(iodine) – sea salt to taste

Process coriander and flaxseed oil in blender until chopped. add garlic, nuts, seeds, dulse, lemon juice. (I didn’t think it needed salt)

very tasty. 2 tsp a day for 3 weeks. Make sure your colon is working well because your body will be eliminating heavy metals. Best not to have them reabsorbed through the colon. Keep in frige – there are no preservatives so keep tightly capped. It will get moldy. Use organic ingredients. enjoy

I’d like to try that, but Sherri finds that cilantro tastes like soap!
